Code of Best Corporate Practices
In order to gain the confidence of domestic and foreign investors in the management of the Company, Maxcom complies with the provision stated under Section XI of the 4.033.00 mandate of the Mexican Stock Exchange’s Internal Bylaws, related to the adherence of the Company to the Code of Best Practices. We have fostered transparent management practices and adopted strict corporate governance values, having, since our Initial Public Offering, a Code of Best Corporate Practices to regulate the performance of the members of our organization.
